Toyota cars, hybrids and commercial vehicles
We consider suitable Corolla, Yaris, Auris, Avensis, C-HR and RAV4 models, along with Hilux pickups, Land Cruisers and other Toyotas. Our normal focus is 2013 onwards with less than 160,000 km. Older classic, unusual or high-value examples can still be assessed individually.
For a Land Cruiser or Hilux, include the body style and whether it is registered as a passenger or commercial vehicle. If a VAT status is relevant to a company sale, mention it in the comments so we can clarify the basis of the offer.
Tell us which Toyota hybrid you have
The model name alone does not identify every version. Tell us whether the car is petrol, diesel, hybrid or plug-in hybrid, and check the details returned by the registration lookup. Exact trim, body style and transmission help us compare it with the right cars.
You do not need to commission a battery report for an initial hybrid valuation. If you already have a hybrid-system inspection record, service invoices or warranty documents, mention them. Let us know about any warning lights or faults rather than assuming they will be obvious from the registration.
Irish-registered Japanese and UK imports
We buy suitable imported Toyotas once they are registered in Ireland. Imported versions may have different names or equipment from Irish-market cars, so check the model details and tell us about any mismatch. Relevant import or service records can help establish the specification.
We do not buy UK or Northern Irish vehicles that have not been registered in Ireland, insurance write-offs, taxis or former taxis. That last point also applies to Toyota hybrids: the vehicle’s previous use matters as well as its mileage.
A Toyota offer without a trade-in requirement
You can sell directly to us without buying a replacement. Eoghan reviews most valuations and Brian normally carries out inspections. We confirm the final price after inspecting the car and checking its history.
Payment is by AIB bank transfer, confirmed before handover. We provide free collection within Leinster after an agreed purchase, or appointments in Skerries and Rathfarnham. We can also view the car at home, work or another convenient location in Dublin by appointment. Viewings outside Dublin may be possible by agreement.
Common questions
Do you buy older Toyota Land Cruisers?
Older unusual or high-value vehicles can be considered individually. Send the exact model, year, mileage and condition; being a Land Cruiser does not guarantee acceptance.
Can I sell a Toyota hybrid without a current NCT?
Yes, a missing current NCT does not automatically exclude a suitable car. Describe known faults and select the correct NCT status. We consider test failures case by case.
